Funders MUST be in receipt of the following information prior to any payments being made,

Bank account details
Separate bank account or demonstration that TDP funding is adequately distinguished
Confirmation of match funding
Can be cash or in kind, cannot be form other EU sources
Confirmation of VAT status
a letter from accountant or Revenue & Customs/Revenue of Commissioners confirming the status of organisation
Tax Clearance Certificate
Northern groups complete section 1,2,7 & 8 and return to Office of the Collector general, Sarsfield house, Francis Street, Limerick, Ireland

Projects CAN request an advance payment of up to 25% of the total project cost.

CLAIM:

All claims must be supported by:

A completed signed interim claim form (Word document 508kb)
Completed details of expenditure records.
Original VALID invoices.
PLEASE NOTE invoices must Comply & relate to the activity & budget as per their LoO. Relate to activity within the grant assisted period
Evidence of satisfactory procurement
Bank statements or bank print outs showing payment of those invoices

All project are required to adhere to the procurement requirements of their letter of offer

UP TO €1,450 (£1,000) - 2 oral quotations (depending on the need to have a price comparison-fax or e-mail confirmation should be obtained)
€1,450 to €14,500 (£1,000.01 to £10,000) - 3 Written Quotations

If projects tender for services eg for a consultant they MUST keep a record and show evidence of same.

It is imperative that the project acknowledges all of the funders that have contributed to their funding. The following funders must be acknowledged.

Projects are required to complete the following monitoring forms

Equal opportunities monitoring
Project participants should be invited to complete these forms. They should then be returned confidentially to NISRA in free post envelopes available from Co-operation Ireland
Attendance sheets for all large scale events
Participant details sheet for all project participants
Final Project report
