Funding for the Removing Barriers Programme was sought from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development NI and Border Action the joint Implementing Agents for Measure 1.4 of the Interreg IIIA Programme Ireland/N Ireland (2000-20006) on behalf of the SEUPB and the International Fund for Ireland (IFI) and Tyrone Donegal Partnership.
